QUESTIONS ABOUT EXISTING ORDERS
After placing an order, we’ll start preparing your package. You will receive an email with a tracking number from the chosen courier service, notifying you that your package is being prepared. Once the courier picks up the package, you will receive an SMS/Viber message and an email from the courier service, allowing you to change the location and delivery time, and track your package. Regardless of the courier service you chose, your package goes through several sorting centers before reaching your desired location. If you live outside the EU, you might see the following statuses:
- Clearance event
- Customs clearance status updated. Note – The customs clearance process may start while the shipment is in transit to the destination.
- Shipment on hold.
These statuses mean the package is undergoing customs clearance. If there’s no update on your tracking number for 36-48 hours, customs or the courier might need additional information from you. Contact your local courier service with your tracking number to inquire about what is needed.
First, check the confirmation email to ensure you entered the correct delivery details. If the address is correct, contact the local courier service you chose with your tracking number to find out where your package is. Be precise when entering your phone number and email as these enable the courier to notify you and allow tracking and modifying the delivery.

First, check the status of your package using the tracking number and ensure the delivery address in the confirmation email is correct. In both cases, first contact the local courier service with your tracking number for more details.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on shipping in such cases. Packages may pass through various sorting centers in different countries, and delays can occur due to local holidays. If the delay was our fault, we will refund the shipping cost.
