2. Our team reviews your application personally — usually within 24–48 hours.
3. Once approved, we set up your affiliate account with your custom coupon code, add your brand to our website, and give you access to your tracking dashboard.
4. You start promoting, earning commission, and collecting milestone bonuses as your referred sales grow. We also join your affiliate program to cross-promote in both directions.

Yes. We use GoAffPro, a dedicated third-party affiliate platform. Once approved, you get your own dashboard where you can track clicks, conversions, commissions, and milestone progress in real time. You also get a personal referral link and a custom coupon code for your customers.

When a customer clicks your referral link, a 30-day tracking cookie is stored on their browser. If they make their first purchase within that window, you get credited. If they use your coupon code at checkout instead, the sale is tied to your account regardless of cookies. Both methods run in parallel so nothing gets missed.

Commission is earned on new customers only — the first time they order using your link or code.

You earn commission on the net order value — that’s the product price after any discounts, excluding VAT and shipping. Commissions start at 20% (Bronze tier) and go up to 22% at Platinum. Everything is tracked in real time in your dashboard.

Commissions accumulate in your dashboard and can be requested once you’ve hit the €100 minimum payout threshold. Payment methods and processing timelines are managed through the affiliate portal. On top of regular commissions, you earn one-time milestone bonuses when your cumulative referred sales hit certain thresholds — starting at a €100 bonus for €5,000 in sales, up to €8,000 for €100,000 in sales.

We’re building out a full resource library with banners, logos, and product images. In the meantime, you’re welcome to use product images from our website. It goes both ways. We add your brand to our website and feature you in our monthly newsletter. In return, we ask that you promote Husky Bear to your audience through your website, social channels, or email list. We also join your affiliate program so there’s tracked cross-promotion happening on both sides.

If you don’t have an affiliate program yet, that’s not a problem — we can still work together. But if you’d like to set one up so we can properly track our referrals to you as well, we use GoAffPro and can recommend it. It’s quick to get running and makes the partnership genuinely mutual.

The Business Partner Program is for stores, distributors, and businesses. You get the same affiliate setup as everyone else, plus featured placement on our website, monthly newsletter promotion, sales milestone bonuses up to €8,000, mutual affiliate cross-promotion, and wholesale access.

The Affiliate Program is designed for individual creators and buyers who want to earn commissions through a tiered system with a personal referral link — without the business-specific extras.

Yes. As a business partner you get access to our dedicated wholesale platform where you can order at trade prices to stock and resell in your own store. Wholesale access is subject to approval for registered businesses. This is on top of your affiliate commission — you can earn from both direct reselling and referral sales. No. There’s no monthly minimum or activity requirement. The partnership stays active as long as both parties are promoting each other. Milestone bonuses are based on cumulative sales, not monthly targets, so your progress never resets.

Both parties agree to promote each other ethically and honestly. No spamming, no misleading claims, no bidding on each other’s brand names in paid ads.
