How to Place an Order with Husky Bear Poppers

1. Website Orders (huskybearpoppers.eu):

  • Enter Your Information: Fill in your contact and delivery details. If the billing address is different, tick the relevant box.
  • Choose Delivery Method: Our preferred delivery service is automatically selected and the delivery fee will be calculated based on your country during checkout.
  • Confirm Your Order: Double-check your order details and click “Confirm Order.” You will receive a confirmation email. Optionally, you can subscribe to our newsletter for exclusive offers.
  • Agreement: By placing an order, you agree to our Terms & Conditions and the Safety Data Sheet provided on our website.

2. Ordering via Email, Social Media, or Phone:

  • Send Your Details: Provide your name, delivery address, phone number, and the products you want to purchase to [email protected] or contact us via Facebook, WhatsApp, or Instagram.
  • Get Assistance: Our customer support team will assist you throughout the purchase process.

Your Right to Cancel

  • 14-Day Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your product without needing to give a reason. If you’re not satisfied, you can request a refund or an exchange. This must be done within the legally prescribed 14-day period starting from when you or a designated person (other than the carrier) takes possession of the goods.
  • Condition for Returns: Returned items must be undamaged, in their original packaging, with all accessories included. If the product or packaging is damaged or overly used, we may claim compensation for diminished value. Once you decide to cancel, refrain from using the item further.
  • How to Notify Us: Within 14 days of receiving your product, email us at [email protected] with your order number. Include your full name and product name. After notifying us, return the package to our address within 14 days, including the European Standard Withdrawal Form, which should be printed, filled out, signed, and sent with the product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we do not accept cash-on-delivery packages.
  • Refunds: After our claims department receives and reviews your return, we will either send you a replacement or refund your purchase within 14 days. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used, including shipping fees.

Important: Ensure the product is purchased from our store and is eligible for return. We are not responsible for returns of products not bought from us or non-returnable items.

Return Policy Exceptions

  • Hygiene Products: Opened bottles of leather cleaner and other similar items sold in sealed packaging can only be returned if they are unopened and in their original, undamaged packaging.
  • Mixed Products: Items that have been mixed with other objects (e.g., sets) cannot be returned.

Handling Complaints

Issues with Delivery:

Product Issues:

  • Malfunctioning Products: If a product is not working correctly, contact us at [email protected] with a video showing the issue. If the problem isn’t clear, we may request you return the product for inspection. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our resolution and cannot reach an agreement, submit your complaint to the Dispute Committee via the European Dispute Resolution platform here.

Only claims that comply with all conditions will be resolved positively.
