QUESTIONS ABOUT SHIPPING

We ship every business day. Orders placed by 11:00 AM CET are shipped the same day.

For non-EU countries, the average delivery time is 2-4 days. Within the EU, DHL Express takes 1-2 days, while other couriers’ times can be found on our Shipping Information page.

We ship to most countries in EU.

QUESTIONS ABOUT EXISTING ORDERS

 After placing an order, we’ll start preparing your package. You will receive an email with a tracking number from the chosen courier service, notifying you that your package is being prepared. Once the courier picks up the package, you will receive an SMS/Viber message and an email from the courier service, allowing you to change the location and delivery time, and track your package. Depending on the courier service you chose, you can also track your package on their website:

Regardless of the courier service you chose, your package goes through several sorting centers before reaching your desired location. If you live outside the EU, you might see the following statuses:

  1. Clearance event
  2. Customs clearance status updated. Note – The customs clearance process may start while the shipment is in transit to the destination.
  3. Shipment on hold.

These statuses mean the package is undergoing customs clearance. If there’s no update on your tracking number for 36-48 hours, customs or the courier might need additional information from you. Contact your local courier service with your tracking number to inquire about what is needed.

First, check the confirmation email to ensure you entered the correct delivery details. If the address is correct, contact the local courier service you chose with your tracking number to find out where your package is. Be precise when entering your phone number and email as these enable the courier to notify you and allow tracking and modifying the delivery.

For further assistance, contact us with your tracking number at [email protected] after getting information from the local courier service.

First, check the status of your package using the tracking number and ensure the delivery address in the confirmation email is correct. If you’re within the EU and the status hasn’t changed in the last 24 hours, please contact us at [email protected] with your tracking number. If you’re outside the EU and the status hasn’t changed in the last 36-48 hours, customs or the courier might need additional information. In both cases, first contact the local courier service with your tracking number for more details.

Email us at [email protected] with your order number. We can send a new package at no additional cost or refund your purchase if the courier confirms the package is lost or damaged.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on shipping in such cases. Packages may pass through various sorting centers in different countries, and delays can occur due to local holidays. If the delay was our fault, we will refund the shipping cost.

We apologize for any inconvenience! Damage can occur during transport, which is beyond our control. However, we can offer a refund or send a new package at no cost. Please take photos of the package/bottles and send them with your order number to [email protected].

To change or cancel your order, email us at [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. If the package has already been picked up by the courier, changes and cancellations are no longer possible.

Email us at [email protected] as soon as possible with the correct address and your order number. If the package has already been picked up by the courier, you can change the address using the link you received from the courier via SMS/Viber or email.

REFUNDS & RESHIPMENTS

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause! Sometimes items can get damaged during shipping, which is beyond our control. We can offer a refund or send a new package at no additional cost. To process a claim, please take photos of the package/bottles and email them to [email protected] along with your order number.

This is a rare occurrence. Please email us at [email protected] with your order number. We can either send you a new package at no additional cost or refund your purchase. This is only applicable if the courier service confirms the package is lost or stolen.
